Three Ways to Work with Pensora
Each offering is a general education or organisational service. Choose the one that matches where you are and what you want to have in hand at the end.
Back to HomeOur Approach
Every Pensora session follows the same principle: the publicly available information comes first, and the participant's questions shape the pace. There is no fixed script, and there is no outcome that the facilitator is trying to steer the participant toward. The only objective is that the participant leaves with a clearer picture of what they came in with and a practical item — a folder, a checklist, a reference list — they can use afterward.
Sessions are designed with retirement-age participants in mind. Typography in printed materials is set at a comfortable size. Sessions are not rushed. Facilitators are trained to pause and check comprehension rather than moving through material because the time allocated requires it.
All three offerings described below are educational and organisational in nature. None constitutes financial, legal, or professional advisory guidance of any kind.
Household Paperwork Organisation Workshop
A guided three-hour workshop for individuals and couples who want to organise the documents that tend to accumulate around retirement — identification, contribution statements, account summaries, and family records. The session is purely organisational. Participants leave with a labelled folder structure, a checklist of what they have and what they do not, and a reading list of publicly available official guides where they can read further. The session does not advise on any specific situation and does not interpret official documents.
- 1Brief overview of common document categories for retirees
- 2Participant reviews their own documents against a checklist
- 3Folder structure is labelled and assembled during the session
- 4Reading list compiled based on gaps in the checklist
- 5Participant leaves with everything prepared to hand
Quarterly Pension Information Briefing Series
Four group briefings spaced across a year, each covering a different publicly available topic. Sessions are conversational and Q&A based. The briefer points participants to official publications rather than answering individual situations. Each session includes a short printed handout of public-source references. This is a general overview programme — it does not address individual financial circumstances and does not constitute professional advice.
Annual Document Organisation Programme for Households
A year-long programme for households who want to keep their long-term paperwork organised on a consistent rhythm. Includes an initial session to set up a folder structure, four quarterly check-ins to keep it current, an annual review to refresh the structure, and an organised handover folder prepared for family members at year end. The programme is entirely organisational — it does not provide professional advice and does not interpret official documents on behalf of the household.
- 1Month 1: Initial session — folder design and setup (in-home or at our office)
- 2Month 3: First quarterly check-in and update
- 3Month 6: Second quarterly check-in and update
- 4Month 9: Third quarterly check-in and update
- 5Month 12: Annual review, fourth check-in, handover folder prepared

Standards Across All Offerings
These apply to every session and programme, regardless of which offering you choose.
Document Privacy
Personal documents brought to sessions are not copied or retained. What you bring in leaves with you.
Public Sources Only
Information shared in sessions comes from named government publications and official scheme documents. Every reference is written down.
Scope Transparency
Facilitators are trained to identify questions that require a licensed professional. In those cases, we say so clearly and point to appropriate official channels.
Written Agenda in Advance
Every session has a written agenda shared with participants beforehand. No session is improvised or unstructured.
Printed Take-Aways
Every session includes a printed item to take home — a checklist, reference list, or written summary. Memory is not the only record of the session.
Single Transparent Price
Each offering has a single quoted price. There are no add-ons, no referral arrangements, and no products recommended for purchase at any point.
