We are the data controller for information processed in connection with our educational sessions and document organisation programmes. Our registered place of business is 64 Lorong Maarof, Bangsar Park, 59000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Information you provide directly
When you submit an enquiry form on our website, register for a session, or contact us by phone or email, we may collect:
- Your name and, where relevant, the name of your spouse or co-attendee

- Your phone number (if provided)
- Any information included in a message you send to us

Documents and materials brought to sessions
Participants sometimes bring personal documents to our workshops and programmes. We do not copy, photograph, scan, or retain any documents brought to sessions. All documents remain in the possession of the participant throughout and leave with them at the end of the session.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information collected for the following purposes:
- To respond to enquiries — when you contact us through the website or by phone, we use your contact details to reply to your question or request.
- To coordinate your attendance — if you register for a session or programme, we use your contact details to confirm dates, send reminders, and follow up after sessions.
- To send post-session written summaries — for multi-session programmes, we may email a brief written summary of each session to participants who have consented to receive it.
- To improve our sessions — aggregate feedback from written feedback forms is used to review and adjust session content. No individual participant is identified in this process.
- To comply with legal obligations — we may process or disclose your information where required by Malaysian law.
Legal basis for processing (PDPA Malaysia)
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent (for enquiries and communications), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual arrangements (for registered participants), and our legitimate interests (for website analytics and service improvement). 3. Data Retention
We retain contact and enquiry information for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us. Participant registration records for completed programmes are retained for up to 36 months for administrative purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 6).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — we use third-party email services to send session confirmations and summaries. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing terms.

- Website analytics — if you have accepted analytics cookies, anonymised data about your visit may be shared with Google Analytics. No personally identifiable data is shared with Google for this purpose.

If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights or freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant authority in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to government publications and official scheme websites. These are provided as a convenience. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites and encourage you to read their own privacy policies before sharing any information with them.
9. Children's Privacy
